Known Issues with Operating Systems and Browsers

| Vista | Firefox, Explorer | Interface "Download" functionality will put files into a special directory that may be hidden from view | Follow instructions in the window that is displayed immediately after the download is complete |
| Vista | Chrome | ProPhylER Interface does not load | We will try Chrome again when its development is a bit more advanced; in the mean time, please use another browser |
| Mac OS 10.5 | Firefox 3 | ProPhylER Interface loads but only part of the actual display is shown | Disable popup-window blocker and restart browser |
| Linux, 64 bit | All | ProPhylER Interface and Crystal Painter don't work | No solution until Java is fixed for Linux 64 bit. This is not under our control. |
