You will see this displayed when you click on the Quick Help Tab while you are looking at the Main View Pane. See below for further explanations.
Things to note
To find your bearings, use the reference sequence coordinates to find a position in the protein, and/or use the search function (highlighed by a red dot above) to find a sequence motif with which you are familar. Be aware that ProPhylER's version of the protein may be different from your favorite isoform, so coordinates may differ and some chunks of the protein you care about may even be absent if you are unlucky.
Just click around the actual interface and see what happens! If you are confused by the data check out the Documentation pages, where you will find the basics explained.
